Rules and guidelines for using Sting Tune AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sting Tune AI ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sting Tune AI provides free music distribution services, enabling artists to deliver their music — including AI-generated content — to streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and others. Our services include:

  • Music upload and metadata management
  • ISRC code assignment
  • Delivery to 20+ streaming platforms
  • Royalty collection and payout processing
  • Release status tracking

3. Eligibility

To use Sting Tune AI, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have the legal right to distribute the music you upload
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Acceptable Content

You may upload music that you have the legal right to distribute, including AI-generated music from tools like Suno, Udio, and similar platforms. You must own or have proper licenses for all content you submit.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload content that:

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, violence, or illegal content
  • Impersonates other artists or uses their names without permission
  • Contains unauthorized samples of copyrighted material
  • Is designed to manipulate streaming numbers (artificial streams)
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contains malware or harmful code

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or receives valid takedown requests. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of your music and creative content. By uploading to Sting Tune AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute your content to streaming platforms on your behalf. This license terminates when you remove your content or close your account.

6.2 Our Platform

Sting Tune AI, its logo, website design, and platform technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform materials without written permission.

7. Royalties & Payments

  • You retain 80% of streaming royalties earned from your releases
  • Sting Tune AI takes 20% — no upload fees, no subscription
  • Royalties are paid monthly once you reach the minimum payout threshold
  • You are responsible for any taxes on royalty income in your jurisdiction
  • We are not responsible for royalties lost due to incorrect payment information

8. Royalty Model

Sting Tune AI operates on a 20% royalty share model. There are no upload fees or subscriptions. When your music earns streaming royalties, you receive 80% and Sting Tune AI retains 20%.

9. Distribution Process

  • We aim to deliver releases within 3–7 business days but do not guarantee specific timelines
  • Streaming platforms may reject releases at their discretion; we will notify you and assist with resubmission
  • You are responsible for providing accurate metadata and high-quality audio files
  • Once delivered, takedown requests must be submitted through your account dashboard

10. Limitation of Liability

Sting Tune AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of royalties, revenue, or data
  • Service interruptions or platform downtime
  • Actions taken by third-party streaming platforms
  • Content disputes between users and rights holders

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sting Tune AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your account will be deactivated
  • Pending releases may be cancelled
  • Outstanding royalties will be paid according to our standard schedule
  • You may request takedown of distributed content

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
